These are very large ceramic bowls. I use recycled clay and combine it with paper then fire them twice in a kiln. Most of the bowls are over 20 inches in diameter and I love making them. Working with clay is just a brillant experience. I generally give them away as gifts to friends and have even made large sink basins. I can't stress enough how wonderful it is to work with this ancient art form
